Younger age groups have the Little League events, rather than British Championships.
British Club Championships
The Club Championships aim to reward club development. There are eight Club Championships, each a British title:
- British Club Under 12 Pairs
- British Club Under 14 Pairs
- British Club Under 16 Pairs
- British Club Under 16 Girls Pairs
- British Club Under 18 Pairs
- British Club Women’s Pairs
- British Club Open Fours
- British Club 40+ Pairs
Clubs score GP points (20 for first, down to 1 for 16th) for each their highest finishing position in each Club Championship. The best five results are added together to decide the overall British Club Championship.
The Senior competition is raced with Four rider teams. Other categories are raced as Pairs. Multiple entries per club are allowed in the Pairs events; only the top-placed team scores GP points towards the overall Club Championship, but other Pairs can deny finishing positions to other clubs.
CS Cup
Cycle Speedway’s knockout cup! Run as a mini-league of 6 rider teams to qualify for the final rounds, which become a straight knockout competition on the final day.
“The Bin” has been in the sport over 50 years, presented for the British Team Cup and Knockout Cup formats, and now the CS Cup.
